By purchasing a product or multiple products from Independent Music Start Up, you agree to our Download Return Policy outlined below.

Within 30 days of receipt of your download email, you may request a refund for any downloaded book for any reason.

Refunds will be automatically credited to the credit/debit card you used to purchase your eBook.

Please note that we cannot provide a refund for any downloaded software if our records show that the software item has been downloaded, in this case we offer no refunds.

If for any reason the pdf book (ebook) is damaged due to possible download problems we will try different methods to ensure your downloads reach you correctly.

We believe we have given enough information about the items we sell for customers to decide if a certain item is right or not. Most of our items have a further link for more detailed information.

Our software records all downloaded items, IP Addresses, Dates and Times for our own records only. This information is held for a period of time that we see fit to do so.
